I must confess I am currently using their Windows Hosting Plan not the Basic Hosting. Since Bluehost and Hostgator did not offer Windows hosting, I turned to Lunarpages after doing a few weeks of research and comparison. As I was more familiar with Cpanel, it's customized control panel took a while for me to get used to. I gave it a 3 star because I am still new to this company and I am experiencing some problem getting my customized CMS, Content Management System, to work on the server. If you would to look at the chart below, it further confirmed my belief that Lunarpages might not be as great as what many have been touting as their customer base has been declining of late.
